ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative for Kathy Whitburn State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

This position requires a minimum of Property and Casualty Insurance Licensing in both Michigan and Wisconsin. Life and Health Insurance Licensing not required but highly desirable in Michigan and Wisconsin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ability to attain assigned sales goals and tasks.
- Back up assistance to Customer Service Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Michigan & Wisconsin Property & Casualty Licensing Required.
- Life & Health Licensing Highly Recommended.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month
